This 30-45 minute workshop is dedicated to teaching participants how to bind safely and comfortably. Focusing particularly on the needs of the trans and non-binary communities, the session will offer practical advice, safety tips, and best practices for chest binding. The goal is to empower individuals to choose binding methods that are not only effective but also minimize health risks and enhance comfort.
Topics that could be covered include;
Understanding the different types of binders and their materials, and How to select the right binder size for comfort and safety.
