A Guide to Comfortable and Secure Chest Binding

This 30-45 minute workshop is dedicated to teaching participants how to bind safely and comfortably. Focusing particularly on the needs of the trans
and non-binary communities, the session will offer practical advice, safety tips, and best practices for chest binding. The goal is to empower individuals to choose binding methods that are not
only effective but also minimize health risks and enhance comfort.

Stitch it Out with Debbie Hecht
This 30-45 min fun and interactive workshop welcomes participants of all ages to explore the world of stitching and knitting. Whether you're a beginner or experienced crafter, this hands-on session will guide you through the basics of both crafts and offer creative projects to suit all skill levels. Participants will learn how to create beautiful, functional items while fostering creativity, relaxation, and mindfulness through the art of yarn and thread.
Join us, and BHP's very own Debbie Hecht, co-founder. to learn new skills, share ideas, and enjoy the creative process together in a welcoming and supportive environment.
